Evangeline is a visionary leader and Permaculturist with over 20 years experience in Real Estate development. She was the former President of Skyline Equities and Future Homes Inc and co-managed the design, construction, sales, marketing, upgrading and closing of several $300+ million dollar projects.

 

Under the training of her grandmother, Evangeline Gouletas, she has participated in this family business since the age of 11 and learned this magic formula for large and small scale development.  Evangeline Gouletas, the inventor of the condominium conversion in the 1960's, was the first woman inducted into the Real Estate Hall of Fame.  Evangeline Gouletas created the condominium conversion so single mothers could afford to buy their own home, a mission near and dear to her heart.  

 

After taking her first Permaculture workshop Evangeline Sunday knew she had to create an EcoCommunity type system that was inline with Permaculture principles and that gave people their freedom back.  Their freedom to pursue their passions while still being able to afford their own home.  Not just any home but a healthy, healing home for them and the planet.  Imagine living in a sustainable, supportive, amazing community of like minded individuals with similar core values with each other and for the Earth.   This is the goal and vision of Ecotopia.
